Quite the peculiar occasion

One of the strangest occasions so far in my life was the day before my family left for my cousin's mission farewell. When we were about to get in the car to go, my mom recieved news about my grandpa who I didn't know much about at all. He had gotten in a motorcycle accident and had suffered serious head injuries. My family suddenly had a change of plans and the next week we went to check on him. Regrettably, he passed away, but I'm still not sure what to think, as I really don't remember him much.

I like physical fitness, and I enjoy doing pull-ups. So I am going to try and teach you how to do a kipping pull-up. The first step to sucess, if you cannot already do a pull-up, is to train your arms and shoulders so that you may have the strength to do it. Hop on the bar and just stay still for the moment. Start to push your hips forward and back to get the momentum to carry your body upward. Try your best not to actually swing forward or back like you are on a swing, because this just makes things much more difficult. As you feel yourself rising slightly on the way back from your kip, realize that is the optimal time to pull upwards. If all goes well, then there you have it. Your first kipping pull-up. :)
